Schedule Audit & Optimization

Have you already tried different planners, apps, routines, or productivity systems, but nothing seems to last longer than a couple of weeks?

Does your week start with a plan, only for everything to fall apart by Wednesday?

Do you feel like the freedom you wanted from entrepreneurship keeps getting further away as your business grows?

And even when you’re not working, do you still feel guilty for not doing more?

If you recognized yourself in these questions, you’re in the right place.

This Schedule Audit & Optimization service is for you if you:

  • Feel constantly busy, but rarely focused on what truly matters
  • Struggle to prioritize because everything feels urgent
  • Keep postponing long-term business goals because daily operations take over
  • Have a never-ending to-do list that creates pressure instead of clarity
  • Feel like your schedule is overloaded and unrealistic
  • Find it difficult to maintain routines that support your energy and focus
  • Constantly react to clients, messages, and unexpected situations
  • Feel guilty both when working and when resting
  • Know you and your business have bigger potential, but feel stuck in survival mode

Through this process, you will learn how to:

  • Create a schedule that actually works in your real life
  • Prioritize what is truly important instead of only reacting to urgency
  • Organize your week and day with more clarity and less stress
  • Build a flexible system that can survive unexpected situations
  • Stop relying on motivation and create sustainable routines instead
  • Protect time for focus, rest, health, and personal life
  • Understand why your previous planning attempts didn’t work
  • Regain a sense of control over your time and responsibilities

How does it work?

Step 1 – Audit Session

We start with a deep analysis of your current organization, routines, schedule, and work patterns.

Together, we identify:

  • where your system breaks down
  • what creates overload and chaos
  • which habits and decisions keep you stuck in reactive mode

You will leave this session with a completely new perspective and a clear direction for change.

Step 2 – Implementation Period

Over the next two weeks, you will go through my methodology for daily and weekly planning and begin applying the planning system independently.

You will learn how to:

  • organize your week
  • structure your days
  • use time blocking realistically
  • create routines that support your energy and priorities

This is the phase where you test the system in real life.

Step 3 – Schedule Optimization Session

After your implementation period, we meet again to fine-tune your system.

Together, we:

  • Analyze what worked and what didn’t
  • Identify the patterns sabotaging your schedule
  • Adjust your planning system to make it more realistic, flexible, and sustainable

The goal is not to create a perfect schedule.

The goal is to create a system you can actually maintain.

What’s included?

  • 2 private consultation sessions
  • 2 detailed summaries with personalized recommendations
  • Access to my planning methodology
  • Practical templates and planning guidelines
  • A structured 3-week process focused on sustainable change

Running a business should not mean constantly surviving from one task to another.

You deserve a system that supports both your ambitions and your personal life, without burnout, guilt, or constant overwhelm. I would love to support you through this process.

Organizational Skills Trainer

I am a mentor and educator focused on personal and business organization, and self-leadership for entrepreneurs and professionals who want to create a more sustainable way of working and living. I am also a certified Management 3.0 Practitioner, with a strong focus on modern leadership and sustainable performance.

With years of experience in management, team leadership, and university teaching, I have seen how easily ambitious people fall into a reactive work mode: constantly busy, overwhelmed, and without a clear structure that supports both their business and personal life.

Today, I help clients develop organizational systems and habits that allow them to regain control over their time, improve focus, set better priorities, and create routines that work in real life, not just on paper.

At the core of my approach is the belief that organization is not only about productivity, but about building a way of life that supports long-term growth, balance, and well-being.
