From the very beginning of my professional career, my focus has been on growth. Initially, that meant growing my own team. Through Snowation, the focus has shifted on helping other leaders grow their teams and businesses while working on their own growth at the same time.

Two years ago, I transitioned to a more specialized Career and Performance Partner position, focusing even more on performance management, talent development, and career coaching. My expertise lies in guiding employees and managers to enhance their performance and achieve their career goals.
