The Conflict Shift

From Reacting to Resolving – A Practical Path to Handling Hard Conversations

Feel like conflict always goes one of two ways—too intense or totally avoided?

You’re not alone.

Most professionals were never taught how to handle conflict constructively.

Instead, we either stay silent to keep the peace, or we speak up and it backfires.

It’s high time we changed that!

Sound familiar?

  • You avoid difficult conversations because they feel awkward or risky
  • You replay tense interactions in your head for days afterward
  • You sugarcoat feedback and feel misunderstood
  • You stay silent in meetings to avoid confrontation
  • You dread talking to someone who constantly oversteps
  • You try to speak up… and then worry you came off too strong
  • You feel drained or discouraged after conflict instead of clear and resolved

If any of these hit close to home — you’re exactly who this training is for.

This online, interactive training is for you if you:

  • Avoid conflict and end up feeling resentful or unheard
  • Speak your mind but it sometimes escalates tension
  • Overthink tough conversations or replay them for days
  • Want to feel more grounded, clear, and confident in conflict situations

Here’s the thing: conflict is not so much about the situation, but how we perceive it and then what we decide to do with that perception.

The first step – let’s get constructive.

What You’ll Learn

In just 2.5 hours, you’ll walk away with:

  • A simple 3-step framework to guide any conflict conversation
  • Tools to recognize and manage your emotional triggers
  • Questions that help you listen without getting defensive
  • Strategies to move from “my way vs. your way” to shared solutions
  • More confidence and clarity in moments that used to feel hard

This training is hands-on and practical.

Because we learn best when we get to try the thing we’re learning or listening about.

So, throughout the training, I’ll guide you through:

  • A variety of scenarios
  • Reflection exercises
  • Small-group discussions
  • Tools you can use immediately

Whether you’re managing a team, working with clients, or collaborating with colleagues, conflict is part of the job.

This training gives you the skills to navigate it — calmly, clearly, and with confidence.

You can apply it to life outside of work, of course, but the focus of the training will be on the professional setting.

You’ll leave saying:

“I know what to say.”
“I understand what’s been going wrong.”
“I can handle this better next time.”

During our time together, I gained an understanding of balancing work and life, learning how to block and prioritise. Snezana has fantastic listening skills and was able to look past what I was saying to a deeper level. She was able to take a problem and craft out a plan around it. This was extremely valuable.
