Imagine this: You’re in a team meeting, sharing updates and assigning responsibilities. You notice a pattern—some team members hesitate to speak up, while others seem overwhelmed or confused by the direction given. As the leader, you feel the frustration of trying to inspire and guide your team but often end up carrying the workload yourself due to unclear delegation or unresolved conflicts.

You’re confident in your technical expertise, but leading with clarity and empathy is challenging. You wish you could handle conflicts with ease, provide feedback that truly motivates, and communicate in a way that fosters trust and respect.

If this feels familiar, you’re not alone—and the Confident Leader program is designed to help you change that.

The Confident Leader program is tailored for leaders who want to improve and develop their leadership skills, especially when it comes to excelling in communication, delegation, and emotional intelligence.

As someone who’s participated in many similar programs, the problem has always been that there was very little practice involved.

That’s why I decided to design a program that will be much more interactive and practical, where everyone will have a chance to share their knowledge, challenges, ideas and thoughts. In addition to learning from me, you will learn from your peers, too.

Over the course of 3 months, you will be able to take the theoretical background and apply it to real-life examples in a safe and supportive environment, surrounded by peers who share your desire to learn and grow. Then, you’ll be able to practice that knowledge with your team, clients, and other stakeholders.

The program is limited to 6 people per group. All participants will be chosen with care and intention so that everyone gains as much from this experience as possible.

  • Have some experience in leading teams – please, note that we will make sure that there are no huge discrepancies in the level of experience in groups
  • Want to improve your communication skills as a leader

Through interactive bi-weekly sessions, you’ll gain the tools and insights needed to:

  • Communicate assertively and effectively
    • Explore different techniques for clear and impactful messaging and do exercises for active listening and presence
  • Master the art of giving and receiving feedback
    • Learn to provide constructive feedback and accept it with an open mind through role-playing and peer practice.
  • Manage conflicts with confidence
    • We’ll work through common sources of conflict and you’ll learn strategies to navigate and resolve conflicts
  • Delegate tasks to build trust and efficiency
    • Understand the delegation process, review best practices, and practice applying these skills to build trust and improve efficiency.
  • Lead with empathy and emotional intelligence
    • We’ll talk about how to recognize and manage emotions, especially as a leader. We’ll explore empathy and how it can be used to foster team morale and motivate them to do their best. We’ll talk about trust and how all the elements mentioned above intersect and overlap.

At the end of our 3-month program, you will have gained:

  • Enhanced Communication Skills: Communicate with clarity and assertiveness to lead more effectively.
  • Constructive Feedback Techniques: Upgrade on the skills needed to provide valuable feedback and accept it with an open mind.
  • Conflict Resolution Strategies: Equip yourself with practical tools to handle workplace conflicts with confidence.
  • Delegation Proficiency: Understand the importance of delegating as a tool for growth, increased productivity and efficiency. You will also understand how to delegate tasks effectively to enhance team performance and trust.
  • Heightened Emotional Intelligence: Your emotional awareness will improve. You will be able to better connect with your team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Empathetic Leadership: Understand how to use empathy to inspire and motivate your team toward shared success.
  • Applicable Tools: You will have access to all program materials indefinitely and will be able to use them with your team at work during the program and after it as well.
  • Peer Work & Networking: We learn best from each other. Not only will you be learning from me, but also your peers and their experiences. You can later leverage this network and new connections you’ve gained for further growth and development.

Step 1: Fill out the form

Once you fill out the form, you’ve joined the waitlist. We will review all form submissions and based on what you shared with us, we will form groups of up to 6 people.

Step 2: Confirm your participation

Upon forming the groups, we will reach out to you to inform you of the time your group will be meeting and check whether that works for you. All Zoom calls will take place on Thursdays, starting February 6. Depending on the number of groups, the time of each group may vary.

We’ll also ask you to fill out additional information so that we can make this program as valuable for everyone as possible.

Step 3: Complete the payment

Once you have confirmed your participation in the program, we will send you the payment information to complete your payment.

Note: In case you’d like to ask your employer to cover the program for you, let us know. We’ll be happy to provide additional information for them if needed.

Step 4: Join the Kick-Off Call

You will be invited to join the program kick-off call that will take place on Thursday, Jan 30th at 6:30pm Central European Time via Zoom.

Snezana is a certified ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach and a leadership trainer with over a decade of management experience.

As a leadership trainer, Snezana works with management teams across industries helping them develop and improve their communication and leadership skills so that they can reach their full potential as professionals but also help their teams become more effective and efficient.

Over the course of her career, she has helped dozens of leaders grow and develop enabling them to lead with confidence.
